Roof Condition Assessment – Verify documentation of existing roof penetrations, roof top units (RTU) roof dimensions and other existing roofing conditions. Can include roof core sample analysis and asbestos testing.
Infrared Roof Scans – Identify areas with wet insulation using the latest methods and infrared camera technology. Provide client with a written and photographic report of results.
Roof Assembly Asbestos Sampling – Collect the appropriate number of material samples per applicable state or local code, label and submit to an NVLAP approved laboratory. Review laboratory results for presence and quantity of asbestos. Provide client with a written and photographic report of the results.
